Dr. Dhelaria completed his residency at the Tufts University School of Medicine and Fellowship at Boston University. Dr. Dhelaria is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology, has always built his philosophy of care around his passion for preventative medicine. He believes that prevention is always better than having to provide care after the fact.
He brings to CareFirst360 a wide range of experience in various outpatient procedures, complex medical conditions, and hypertension management, among other diseases. Through comprehensive treatment plans, patient education and monitoring, Dr. Dhelaria’s goal is to help ensure the best possible quality of life for his patient. He has had several research papers that are published in various field of medicine.
Happily married with two children’s and resident of Mansfield, Dr. Dhelaria enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, and other outdoor activities

Janet Jolly, NP-C
Care First 360 proudly introduces Janet Jolly, NP-C, to our Mansfield Clinic team. With over two decades of experience as a nurse practitioner, Ms. Jolly is a Family Medicine nurse practitioner with extensive experience in chronic condition management, taking a holistic approach to treating her patients. She has worked in Rheumatology, Hematology/Oncology, and Gastroenterology clinics in the past and that brings a unique expertise while managing your care at Primary Care Clinic. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Mississippi in Jackson, MS. As a Texan returning to her roots, she pursued her education at Baylor University in Waco and Texas Tech University in Lubbock, obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mississippi College.
Ms. Jolly is committed to building enduring relationships with her patients, emphasizing active listening to truly understand their concerns and feelings. She also prioritizes patient education, empowering individuals to manage their health effectively.
In her personal life, Ms. Jolly takes joy in holiday decorating, with a particular fondness for Halloween—a tradition inspired by her granddaughter, who affectionately calls her “Pumpkin.” Fall is her favorite season, largely due to her passion for college football, creating a lively household divided between SEC and Big 12 allegiances thanks to her three grown, married children.
Ms. Jolly is currently accepting new patients and welcomes those in need of chronic medical management or urgent care to reach out. She looks forward to providing exceptional care to her patients.
